| The HPOA Grievance Committee gathers to hear a grievance in a case where a member feels they have been wronged in a disciplinary case and / or against the HPOA collective bargaining agreement. The Grievance Committee hears the case and makes a determination based on the facts of the case to either approve or deny the grievance.
